At current we only offer Royal Mail First Class Delivery or collect in store for orders placed on our website. Other services may be available – please contact customer care.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours and notification will be sent upon dispatch of your order
Royal Mail advise a guideline of 1-3 working days for delivery using this service. However on occasion it can take longer to be delivered. If there is a delay in your order, please be advised until 15 working days has passed we are unable to investigate the matter with Royal Mail.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept opened packages within our returns department.
If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days. Please do not return opened or used items as they cannot be accepted in our warehouse for hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund for any items, unless the item you have received is faulty and we are unable to replace it.
If you wish to return an item to us because you are not happy with the product we will happily send you out an alternative item as long as we receive the items back to our warehouse in full & unopened packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we believe the item to have been worn or tampered with.
